2.6 million years ago, the homo habilis made it's first tool, the oldowan. The human race always built tools to help him accomplish tasks better, faster and easier. A lot have changed since then. After working in agencies for years, we had the time to build web tools based on daily frustrations. There will always be place for innovation and creativity.

Carbure was started by two guys. Phil, who's a well accomplished web developer, is obsessed about simplicity and optimization. He brings everything to another level. Fred, started his degree in computer engineering, but quickly realized he was obsessed with art & design, then got specialized in graphic design building static and interactive online experiences.
